Direct Card Payoff™

If you elect to use the Direct Card Payoff™ service and Happy Money, Inc and/or the Lending partner  subsequently cancels your loan, Happy Money, Inc.  will work with our Lending Partner and our designated agent(s) to  process the cancellation  accordingly and attempt to stop or reverse any payments to your credit cards by using the loan funds, subject to applicable law. If Happy Money, Inc., our Lending Partner, or our agents are unable to reverse any credit card payments that used loan funds, then you shall have thirty (30) days from the date that your loan was funded to return the loan funds, and you will remain responsible for performance of all obligations assumed in connection with your loan agreement. As a reminder, we have no penalties for early repayment.
